Tycker att det var trevligt bemötande vid incheckning och fin miljö kring hotellet. Rummet var bra möblerat och sängen skön och sova i. Frukosten var fantastiskt bra med många olika alternativ. Väldigt god juice och räksallad. Duschen var inte den bästa den behövs uppdateras.

The location in Gothenburg Your breakfast is really unappetizing. Fake coffee (hot water and coffee syrup), scrambled eggs more like a soup, the bacon is cold and mashed and so on. Very crowdy, more like a school canteen than a hotel.

The breakfast was very nice and of course the friendly receptionstaff. The location of the hotel is also very good. Almost forgot. During the breakfast one of the staff walked around and filled up our coffee and milk. Outstanding! Very hard beds.

Elementet på rummet var på högsta värme och gick ej att sänka. Fick öppna fönstret för att få ner temperaturen men det var oväsen utanför hela natten så det gick ej att sova.

The breakfast is really good. Unfortunately, the room (floor 9) did not live up to expectations for the simple reason that it was not possible to sleep because of the noise. Initially we thought the noise was coming from the pipes when someone on the floor above/the room next door was taking a shower. But the noise continued throughout the stay (1 night). It came (we think) from inside the wall (or ceiling) and sounded like heavily squealing pipes. The noise was so disturbing that none of us got much sleep throughout the night. Never experienced similar disturbing sounds before during any hotel stay. The problem was mentioned at check-out with no particular response.

The size of the room was great. I was there for a night just to relax. Loved the breakfast. If the check out on Sunday could be a little bit later it would be a perfect stay. 😅
The staff were really kind, helpfull and always willing to find the ways yo improve your staying. Specially Frida at the front desk. Sometimes to communicate from the room to the reception wasn't possible, no one picked up the phone a few times.

Friendly staff, big room, great view and best spot in town Gymmet känns inte välkomnande och är svårt att hitta. Borde skyltas. Mycket att välja på vid frukosten men känns oengagerad och "billig". Saknar ekologiska varor och närproducerat - nu kändes det mest som ica basic. Hittade två ekologiska varor. Vaknade sista morgonen med en silverfisk i sängen. Det gör att det är svårt att rekommendera hotellet.

Pros: The room and the personel. Also nice with live music! Cons: More seats are needed closer to the bar at nights. I don't want to seat in the corner in the dining room in the evening. It was too dark to eat breakfast by the bar. Please fire up the lights during breakfast time.

We don't usually have such bright light during breakfast to give a cozy feeling, in our bar we don't have that many chairs as people should be able to come up and order simply rather than having to move the chairs. NatureFitness has everything you need for a complete workout; treadmills, exercise machines, TRX, dumbells and Pilates balls. For those of you who wish to relax in the sauna or cooling pool, we recommend that you pre-book your visit in the hotel reception. The hotel offers valet parking for 395 SEK per night (subject to availability), where we take care of the car and park it for you in our private outdoor parking (unattended). Please ask the reception staff for help with parking and we will take care of the car when you check-in.
At the reception, you can also buy parking tickets for P-hus Avenyn which is located near the hotel. For 295 SEK (ordinary price 500 SEK) you get a 24-hour ticket.
You can also park on your own at Lorensbergsparkeringen, which is a two-deck car park behind the hotel.
Outside the entrance, you will find parking spaces intended for boarding and alighting.
Elite Park Avenue Hotel offers room service during breakfast and at 16:00-21:45. Ordering is done by scanning the QR code in your room, alternatively by calling the restaurant.
At Elite Park Avenue Hotel we want to promote health and therefore we offers all who likes to run and exercise default routes in the app Runkeeper. We have produced our favorite rounds as you can easily follow, three routes of varying length from 2,5 to 9 kilometers.

Elite Park Avenue Hotel offers a laundry service. All laundry brought in before 8:30 a.m. will be washed and returned the same afternoon.
