Vivace

Vivace, located in the historic brewery building, is the hotel's main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here the pasta tastes just like in Italy. We grill sustainable meat, fish and vegetables and cook with the best organic ingredients selected according to season. Vivace means alive in Italian and the name reflects the feeling and atmosphere of the restaurant. The fantastic food, service and lively atmosphere create the feeling of being on the Riviera.

A generous breakfast buffet with Nordic and Scandinavian flavours is served every morning. The buffet also has elements of the best Italian delicacies to give our guests the best possible start to the day. Why not treat yourself to a glass of non-alcoholic bubbly with your breakfast?

Of course, Vivace also offers 24-hour room service. Our authentic, Italian signature dishes can also be enjoyed in the room or treat yourself to a generous breakfast in bed between our fluffy duvets.
