Discover our curated spa treatments

Enjoy a relaxing visit to our beautiful spa, featuring facilities such as a pool, hammam, steam room, sauna and experience showers. The minimum age is 13 when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Your spa visit includes 2.5 hours’ access to the spa, along with a robe, slippers, towel and a self-guided hammam ritual. The minimum age for spa treatments is 18.

Breakfast and Spa

Start your day in the best way by combining your spa visit with our hotel breakfast. Enjoy the hotel breakfast from 8:00 am, to then continue and enjoy the spa from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Lunch and Spa

Spa + lunch = perfect break! Check in to our spa between 11:30 and 14:00 and then choose any dish from our spa menu for lunch, to be consumed during spa hours or in our spa lounge after 14:00, it's up to you! The package is available Mondays to Fridays.

Tailored to your skin's needs. The treatment begins with a relaxing back massage. This is followed by a facial treatment with skin analysis, cleansing, peeling, pore cleansing, shaping of eyebrows, massage and mask. It also includes 1 hour of access to the spa before the treatment starts.

VANA Facial lash and brow tinting 80 min

Tailored to your skin's needs. Facial treatment with skin analysis, cleansing, peeling, massage, mask and eyelash and eyebrow tinting 80 min. It also includes 1 hour of access to the spa before the treatment starts.

Lift and firm facial 80 min

This results-driven treatment is tailored to improve skin tone and firmness while preventing early signs of aging. An exfoliating multi-acid peel on the face, neck, décolleté, and hands renews the skin. This is followed by an Acu-Lift and Gua Sha massage, which immediately provide a sculpting and lifting effect. Retinol, active vitamin C, and Bakuchiol are ingredients that minimize signs of aging and stimulate collagen production, while a custom Sheet Masque balances and nourishes the skin.

Pregnancy Massage, 20 min

A soothing, tailored massage for expectant mothers, focused on easing tension and providing much-needed recovery. The treatment is adapted to your body, stage of pregnancy and any discomfort for a safe and deeply relaxing experience.

Pregnancy Massage, 50 min

A longer, calm and nurturing pregnancy massage focused on the body’s changes during pregnancy. The treatment relieves tension, enhances wellbeing and is fully adapted to your needs and preferences for maximum relaxation.

Duo Energy Boost

Come and experience a duo treatment for a wonderfully relaxing time together. During the duo treatment, you are two people in the same treatment room and a therapist takes care of you alternately. It also includes 1 hour of access to the spa before the treatment starts.

VANA Energizing Boost 80 min

An energizing treatment that begins with a salt scrub to prepare the skin for the spa bath that follows. In the bath, you enjoy a beneficial facial treatment with cleansing, mask and massage. The treatment ends with a full-body massage. It also includes 1 hour of access to the spa before the treatment starts.

VANA Ginger Crush 80 min

Body Scrub, Full Body Massage & Head Massage Let the warming properties of ginger strengthen and nourish in this full body treatment. The treatment begins with a body scrub, where mineral salt is combined with organic ginger oil. Enjoy a beneficial full body massage where warm ginger oil is alternated with warm towels. A luxurious head massage with the warming oil concludes this full body treatment. It also includes 1 hour of access to the spa before the treatment starts.

VANA Karlstad's Foot Treatment 20 min

The treatment starts with a scrub for your feet and calvs. Then you will have a acuflex massage that relives tension in this area. It also includes 1 hour of access to the spa before the treatment starts.

VANA Lavendel Relax 80 min

Spa bath, face mask, full body massage and foot massage. Enjoy the calming and balancing effect of lavender in this treatment that begins with a spa bath with massage jets including facial cleansing, face mask. Then the body is massaged with warm organic lavender oil. After the massage, the oil is allowed to work on the body and in the meantime, a longer foot massage. The warming sensation stimulates microcirculation and provides a feeling of energy and vitality. Various massage techniques are used depending on how the body feels. Warm compresses with minerals and intuitively selected essential oils further enhance the therapeutic experience.
