Wedding & Celebrations
Many couples have danced their first dance in our venues. We have arranged weddings from small intimate weddings to big weddings with over a hundred guests. Please come by and feel the atmosphere in the hotel and the nice venues.
Taubesalen offers a romantic atmosphere and a unique story. The walls are decorated with illustrations from the troubadour Evert Taube who used his ballads to tell the stories. The venue offers without a doubt a unique setting to a memorable day.
Sandbergsalen is also a popular venue with its own unique story. The artist Ragnar Sandberg decorated the walls in the late 1950s with beautiful mural paintings in harmonious colours and soft, flowing forms.
The Banquet Hall can be divided in to three halls, but as one big hall the capacity is up to 540 seated dinner guests. Banquet Hall 3 has a wall of glass towards the park, Lorensbergsparken. Banquet Hall 1 and 2 has an impressive chandelier that gives the hall a pompous impression.
Choose the type of food that both of you like. If there are many children on the guest list, create a special children’s menu. We collaborate with the restaurant At Park and they can tailor a suggestion for your wedding and help you plan a suitable menu for a sitting dinner, buffet or mingle wedding reception.
For the bride and groom we recommend a big suite with a separate bedroom and a King size bed, a dining room with balcony and a bathroom with a nice bathtub. Our Junior suites are smaller but also nice, with bedroom, dining room area and a bathroom with bathtub or shower.
Elite Park Avenue Hotel offer spacious rooms in different categories, for example the standard rooms have space for two persons, the family rooms are equipped with a bed sofa that is big enough for one adult or two children. In the morning all our guests are served a nice and generous breakfast buffet.
The hotel offers a well-equipped gym and relaxation area with sauna and a small indoor pool. For best comfort we recommend all our guests to book time in the relaxation area in advance.
