This classic hotel, dating back to 1903, has a majestic entrance hall and an impressive banquet room in a French Renaissance style and is situated in the centre of Luleå. It has resplendent rooms, a gym, restaurant, gastropub and parking.

Vår bröllopsfest Vi hade vår bröllopsfest med middag hos er. Allt var väldigt bra. Men vad man kan tycka ni borde göra när någon har en svit o bröllopsfest är att åtminstone ställa in en flaska bubbel med mer på vårt rum samt se till att det är ordentligt städat. Vi spenderade ju trots allt rätt mycket pengar hos er.
God beliggenhet, nært turområde, shopping, restauranter. Sjekke at rommet var rent og at lampene virket.

Rum 225 Inte checka in oss i smutsigr rum samt ge oss en kompensation för detta! Vi fick ett annat rum som var mindre och med trasig toalettdörr istället...

Najs med uppgradering av rummet mindre bra utsikt från rummet dock. Flytt av frukostmatsalen var ett bra drag. Vette fan fick var jag betalade för kanske lite mer också, personalen skulle dock behöva lite bättre klimat på sin arbetsplats dessa vara dagar kanske dags att se över möjligheten till klimathållning kring reception så stjärnorna där inte svimmar av värmen.
Frukosten Duschkräm var slut, tvålen var slut, i sonens rum var lakanen skitiga. Det kändes inte bra alls tyvärr så tveksamt att vi rekommenderar eller bor där igen. Sen bodde vi ovanför terrassen så det blev väldigt svårt att somna.
Läget, rummets inredning, god frukost och trevligt bemötande av personalen. Inget jag kommer på.
Personalen i receptionen. De var lyhörda och hjälpsamma. Tack vare dem blev vår vistelse bra. Städningen på rummet var intr bra. Men det fixade personalen i receptionen!

You need to step up and clean the room. I have to pay extra to bring my dog and its so ditt that I can not stay in the room. Have NEVER seen anything worse and I am traveling for business in 40 year plus.

Lugnt och stilla,trevlig personal Mycket att förbättra gällande frukosten som ej höll standard för såpass prissatt hotellrum som 2600/natt,tyvärr,frukosten, bättre koll på den då mycket var tomt redan kl 0730, lite småtråkiga varma,torra ägg osv, fanns mycket att förbättra där.
Lyhörda och hjälpte oss med våra önskemål inför vår vistelse.

Good service, nice room with a fantastic view, and well-maintained. There was a free luggage storage option. It is a plus with restaurant coupons. There was also an information screen for sites to visit in Luleå. Only one thing to suggest, it will be better if clear instructions are given while checking in about the restaurant's opening and closing, and serving details.

Personalen hade ordnat så fint för oss på vår bröllopsdag, de gick längre än vad man hade kunnat förvänta sig i service. Tack ännu en gång.
