Start from the hotel when you want to discover Örebro and the surrounding area. Popular tips are Galleria Vågen and Krämaren for shopping enthusiasts. A short walk takes you to Örebro Castle, Wadköping and Behrn Arena. The Conventum Arena is also close to the hotel, which makes it easy to walk or go to conferences, congresses, fairs and concerts.

Som de flesta Elite-hotell finns ett kundfokus och flexibilitet som saknas hos de andra stora kedjornas hotell.
Servicen hos personalen, frukosten och det centrala läget. Ventilationen fungerade visst inte så bra. Men med ett öppet fönster var det okej däremot blev det en del störande ljud utifrån.
Trevlig personal, god frukost. Lugnt och skönt. Parkering för hotellets bilburna gäster borde förenklas. Borde finnas betalfri parkering - i alla fall första dygnet - för alla gäster. Annars måste. hotellet stå för parkeringsavgifter. Svårt om du har stort fordon att parkera i garaget.
Rent och snyggt, skön säng och många elkontakter. Personalen var vänlig. Det som kunde ha förbättrats är: a) lägre pris på parkering, b) kombination istället för nyckel till garaget, c) tunna pannkakor istället för pannkaksbullar, d) tidigarelagd frukosttid förslagsvis 6:30
Rummet var fint.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train and bus station. Walk East Bangatan towards the center. Turn left at Vasagatan and on the other side of Svartån right at Södra Strandgatan, right to Nygatan and right to Kungsgatan. City Hotel is located at Kungsgatan 24.
Arrival By Car
E20 From Stockholm, Västerås
Take the first exit that points towards Örebro Norr and Falun. Take Centrumleden towards Örebro. Turn left on Rudbecksgatan, after a viaduct you will see the hotel on the right.
From Karlstad, Oslo
Drive towards Örebro and choose the exit signposted for the centre, hospital and Aspholmen. Continue towards the center, turn right on Rudbecksgatan, after a viaduct you will see the hotel on the right.
From Norrköping
Follow Norrköpingsvägen/Rudbecksgatan past Örebro University. Continue towards the center, turn left at the intersection Rudbecksgatan/Trädgårdsgatan. Then right on Bondegatan and right Kungsgatan. City Hotel is located at Kungsgatan 24.
