Welcome to one of Stockholm’s most exciting culinary destinations, Restaurant INDIA’S. Founded by Jonas Svensson as a tribute to Elite Hotels’ founder, Bicky Chakraborty, this restaurant promises a delightful fusion of traditional Indian cooking with modern, innovative influences.

As you step into the first part of the restaurant, Bicky’s Bar, you’ll find specialties like Dry Martini and Margaritas—just as the couple Bicky and Ylva have always started their evenings.

INDIA’S exudes warmth, vibrant colors, and the fragrant scents of incense and spices. At the expansive bar, you can enjoy drinks like the ‘Curry Colada’—a clarified version of the classic piña colada with a hint of curry—or the ‘Chit Chat’, made with tamarind, lemongrass, and cava.

Spices play a crucial role at INDIA’S. Our foundation lies in the meticulous preparation of whole spices, which we grind ourselves to create our unique spice blends.

Our vision is to elevate and explain Indian cuisine through typical techniques and flavor profiles, while interpreting dishes in our own way.

And as a delightful touch in the restaurant, the refrigerators are filled with beautiful pastries and desserts offered at INDIA’S. You can order anything from the Grand Dessert to sample a bit of everything or end your meal with a refreshing ‘kulfi’ on a stick."
