Customize to your needs
We offer five fully equipped conference rooms and a further three rooms that are excellent banqueting facilities. Throughout the Elite Stadshotellet, rooms have high ceilings and large windows providing lovely space and light in every room. Stora Salen, Empiren and Röda Salongen are part of our banquet floor and are not included in our classic conference rooms. These banquet halls, Stora Salen, Röda Salongen and Empiren, are ideal for everything from a meeting point for a small company to a large company event.

A long, narrow room of 24 m2, with seating for up to 8 people in boardroom style. Four large windows facing the river of Klarälven and the terrace. It is situated on the first floor close to the rooms Erik Gustaf Geijer and Esaias Tegnér.
Empiren is our smallest banquet hall (45 m2 ) and it takes up to 30 persons. From this room you have a beautiful view overlooking the river of Klarälven.
Our smallest room, which is 20 m2, is best suited for meetings of up to 8 people in boardroom seating. This conference room has a beautiful view over the river of Klarälven.
Esaias Tegnér is one of our smaller conference rooms, best suited for meetings up to 8 people. This room is situated close to Erik Gustaf Geijer and Carl Jonas Love.
Franska Salen is our largest conference room of 260 m2, with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the Garden. The conference room is very well suited for meetings for about 40 to 250 people alternatively for trade fairs or mingle sessions. The Conference room is situated a few steps up from Vintermatsalen, where we serve our lunches and dinners.
The former royal suite is now a popular conference room with a magnificent balcony overlooking the river. This conference room takes up to 40 people and it has high ceilings and large beautiful windows. In 1963 The Beatles stayed in this room.
This banquet hall (50m2) takes up to 40 persons, has high ceilings, large windows and a really nice atmosphere. Röda Salongen has a connecting door to Festsalen and is perfect for a board meeting or a wine-tasting dinner.
Stora Salen is our biggest banquet hall (224 m2 ) for up to 250 persons. This beautiful banquet hall is located on the second floor with a lovely view over the river of Klarälven. Stora Salen is perfect for every larger meetings, fairs or company events.
