This year’s Christmas buffet is thoughtfully composed, with careful attention to both ingredients and the overall experience. Familiar favourites are given space alongside a gentle sense of renewal, where classic pickled herrings and traditional dishes are complemented by modern touches. Locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavours contribute to a balanced and harmonious menu.
The buffet is served in the historic Spegelsalen at Elite Hotel Knaust in Sundsvall — a setting particularly well suited for corporate events, client dinners and larger gatherings. The grand surroundings, combined with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, create the ideal conditions for an evening where both experience and hospitality take centre stage.
The evening begins with mulled wine and gingerbread, followed by a classic Swedish Christmas buffet where every detail is carefully considered to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. From arrival to departure, the focus is on delivering a cohesive occasion that brings colleagues, clients and partners together.
