This year’s Christmas buffet forms part of the continued collaboration between Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling, where insights from previous successes have been further developed. At the same time, this is the first time the concept is presented at Elite Stadshotellet in Luleå, adding a new dimension to the city’s festive dining offering.
The menu is rooted in classic Christmas flavours, refined through a careful contemporary interpretation.
