Welcome to one of the world's most sustainable hotels. The Wood Hotel is built of wood, which contributes to the entire building being climate-positive. In general, the construction and real estate sector contributes to 21% of CO2 emissions per year in Sweden. In addition, heating, cooling and ventilation are completely climate-neutral thanks to a collaboration between Skellefteå Kraft and ABB, which means that we minimize the consumption of completely renewable energy. A sustainable wooden construction that absorbs more CO2 than is used.
