At The Wood Hotel by Elite, we believe breakfast should be one of the highlights of your day. Delicious, genuine, and kind to both people and the planet. That’s why our breakfast buffet is built around locally sourced ingredients from Västerbotten, with as much as possible prepared from scratch in our own kitchen and bakery.
Every morning, we bake fresh bread and pastries on site. Our cold cuts and toppings come from local producers, while our juices, ciders and berries are inspired by the forests and landscapes of Northern Sweden. You'll also find locally produced cultured milk and yoghurt, homemade granola and muesli, and nutrient-rich local superberries for a wholesome start to the day.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. To reduce food waste, we preserve vegetables and root crops through pickling and other traditional methods, making the most of seasonal produce. We've also chosen slightly smaller plates to encourage guests to return for another helping rather than taking more than they can eat. Our chefs prepare porridge and breakfast skillets to order, ensuring your meal is cooked fresh and tailored to your preferences while helping us minimise unnecessary waste.
