With classic flavours, delicious arrangements and many modern elements, we create a Christmas buffet beyond the ordinary. We serve everything from Christmas' obvious favourites to dishes with a more modern touch and flavours and combinations that surprise.
Our Christmas buffet is both complete and generous with many different kinds of herring, pickled, smoked and boiled salmon, sausages, meatballs and Jansson can be combined with ribs and other things that belong to Christmas. This meets dishes with more exciting taste experiences and mouthfuls with new influences. In conclusion, there is of course a large dessert table with several delicious desserts and other Christmas sweets to top it all off.
Our Christmas buffet is served in our beautiful banquet hall. It is decorated with care to create a wonderful Christmas atmosphere and give the Christmas table a fantastic setting.
