Built in 1906, this impressive building is home to this prestigious hotel which is centrally situated by the Motala river. It has a beautiful banquet hall, a prime waterfront location and a gastropub with a spacious outdoor area.

With 190 rooms and 11 meeting rooms, we can accommodate many guests at the same time and convey a homely atmosphere. Our pub The Bishops Arms is located on the riverside of the hotel and has the best view in town.

Ni hade kunnat undvika att sjabbla med våra bokningar. Ni hade kunnat ha ett strykjärn i strykrummet på vån. 4 (det var borta), eller kanske t.o.m. ha strykmjligheter inne på alla rum. (som sig bör numera) Ni hade kunnat ha luftkonditionering på rummen, vilket borde vara praxis för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Ni hade kunnat ha serviceinriktad personal istället för trötta, ovilliga och oengagerade unga vuxna...
Trevligt bemötande, fint, fräscht och svalt rum samt en god frukost. Allt var mycket bra!
Personalen, från reception, frukostbuffen och house keeping var så vänliga, tillmötesgående och alerta. Det tillhör inte vanligheterna idag i Sverige. Fick även en uppgradering.
Centralt. Underbar personal. Bra pub/resturang. Kollat handfats avloppet som " muffen " hade släppt så allt vatten rann ut på golvet. Dok fick fantastisk respons av personalen som jag berättade för ( dok inget avdrag eller plåster på såren. ) i övrigt allt perfekt.

All personal, recep/städ/frukost/mat/. Vi fick vattenläcka och fick sviten istället. Det tackar vi för.

Trevlig personal, helt ok rum Hissarna
Centralt läge, väldigt mysigt område, vid Strömmen. Många restauranger. Trevligt att promenera runt där.
Den trevliga och hjälpsamma personalen (både vid incheckning och vid frukosten), riktigt bra frukostutbud och trevliga lokaler samt att hotellet låg centralt. Rummet jag fick var väldigt litet (ca 7-8 kvadrat) och luftkonditioneringen var väldigt högljudd. Rummet var dock rent och snyggt och höll en hög standard.

Hotellet låg centralt i centrum med närhet till allt. Trevlig personal. God frukostbuffé. Tycker att rummet vi bodde i kändes slitet, inte riktigt vad man förväntar sig av ett Grand Hotel. Fönsterhakarna i rummet gick inte att använda då de satt lösa och höll på att lossna och vi hade verkligen behövt ha fönstren öppna då det var så varmt.
Frukosten så klart. Stackars okunnig tjej i receptionen när vi checkade ut.

Konferensarrangemanget Som vanligt är aldrig rummen en fullträff. Den här gången fick jag och min fru två ihopsatta 80-sängar med gemensam hel bäddmadrass. Dåligt. Trångt och varja gång den ena eller andra rör sig vaknar den adra p g a att man inte har skilda madrasser. Stå och duscha i badkar är inte någon höjdare.

Läget nära centrum Kunde funnits inbyggd chromecast i tv så man kunnat streama egen film Tråkigt när jag bokade lånecykel tidigt i april pga knäskada & när vi kommer 14/5 så är de skickade på service
Fint rum, välstädat och sköna sängar. Frukosten brukar vara bättre på Elite-hotell. Påfyllning av mjölk mm till kaffet var sämre, brödet blekt och tråkigt, äggröran smakade ingenting (helt osaltad), allmänt tråkigt utbud och avsaknad av det "lilla extra" som elite alltid annars är bra på. Dock god rösti och korv, fluffiga pannkakor.

Inget Jag boka rum för rörelse hindrad kunde inte köra in rullstolen i rummet o fick badkar vilket jag ej kunde använda stod en dusch stol men vad skulle jag ha den till fick byta rum kunde inte köra in med rullstolen i det rummet heller ni bokade ett anpassat rum på ett annat hotel som funkade men mitt sällskap som jag skulle vara till sammans med o fira födelsedag var kvar på gamla hotelet detta är inte ok kommer aldrig besöka detta hotel igen.

Comforten! Visserligen hade vi ett litet rum denna gången men sköna sängar och vi sov gott under takåsarna! Jag tycker fortfarande att det är rörigt vid frukostbuffén! Många stationer utspridda! Kunde varit lite större tallrikar! Nu får man gå många gånger och använda mer porslin till kallt och varmt! Bra frukostbuffé! Ett litet minus för pulver äggröran!

Drottninggatan across the bridge and the hotel is on the left at Tyska Torget.

Follow the signs to the central station. Turn right at the central station and continue straight ahead about 300 metres and the hotel is on your left.

Follow the signs to the central station. Turn right at Finspång roundabout (gas station on the left side) and continue along Norra Promenaden to the central station where you turn right and continue straight forward about 300 metres to the hotel on the left side.
