Christmas Experience at Elite Stora Hotellet

This year, the Christmas buffet at Elite Stora Hotellet receives a new, sparkling presentation. Two of Sweden’s most renowned chefs, Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling, have come together to create a menu that unites tradition with innovation in a way only they can. The menu celebrates craftsmanship and the meeting of the familiar and the surprising – capturing that special feeling of gathering around the table during the most festive time of the year.

The buffet is served in the magnificent Spegelsalen, a hall that has hosted celebrations and festivities for generations. Here, you can enjoy a magical atmosphere where the aromas of Christmas dishes meet beautiful decorations and festive music.

The evening begins with our popular mulled wine mingle, followed by a meal featuring classic pickled herring with a modern twist, herring, various preparations of salmon, charcuterie, and exciting vegetarian options. Beloved favourites such as meatballs, colourful salads, and selected cheeses are, of course, included. The menu is designed to surprise and inspire, with a focus on the finest local ingredients.

To finish, a generous dessert table awaits, filled with sweet treats and freshly brewed coffee.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH - SEK 495 PER PERSON, INCL. VAT

Our lunchtime Christmas buffet is served on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 26 November – 18 December.   Please note: mulled wine is not included with the lunch buffet.

Extra lunch Christmas table is served at Lucia, Friday 13 December

We also offer lunchtime and evening Christmas buffets for groups of at least 100 people outside the regular dates.
