This spring, Tommy will offer a carefully selected selection of his long musical career mixed with his unmistakable humour. With him on stage is also the talented pianist Carl Flemsten. Three-course dinner

The menu

Starter: Blini with reindeer stir-fry and raw-stirred lingonberries
Main course: Beef fillet with potato terrine flavored with Västerbotten cheese and thyme, red wine sauce and primroses
Dessert: Panacotta with gooseberries
