Mediterranean Christmas buffet

Like Christmas around Italy, our Christmas buffet is a lively hub where love for food, drink and ingredients is the common thread. Our Christmas table is laid out between November 27-December 21 and is served in the evening Monday-Saturday for SEK 695/person.

Start the evening with a glass of bubbly in hand. Then settle down in our ornate dining room and explore our fantastic buffet of cold, warm and sweet delicacies from Apulia in southern Italy.

On the cold buffet, traditional dishes from Apulia are laid out such as cheeses, charcuterie, raw beef, oysters, squid, burrata, caprese, etc. On the warm buffet you will find dishes such as Italian Paella, Steak Florentine, Riga & cheese with truffle, from the stone oven our delicious Pinsor is served that you top yourself from the charcuterie etc.

The dinner is rounded off with an Italian Christmas buffet focusing on sweet classics in miniature. You will find tiramisu, chocolate mousse, brownie, panna cotta, cheeses etc.
