The evening starts with a refined amuse-bouche, followed by a beautifully crafted four-course dinner. Our head chef, Evelina Woronin, has designed a menu that brings Arctic flavours into a modern setting—where ingredients from the mountains, forests and sea meet contemporary gastronomy.

To elevate the experience, we offer an exclusive beverage package with four carefully selected glasses, each thoughtfully paired with its course. Expect a mix of wines, local surprises, and a glass of cava on arrival.

As midnight draws near, the highlight of the night begins.

Together, we take the elevator to Vana Spa at the top of the building, where the champagne is poured and the view over Kiruna’s winter landscape sets the tone for a magical countdown. And if we’re lucky, the Northern Lights might join us as we welcome the New Year.
