All you need to know about the digital restaurant voucher upon arrival

WE ARE SOFT-LAUNCHING OUR NEW DIGITAL RESTAURANT VOUCHERS FOR ELITE HOTELS REWARDS MEMBERS

At this stage, the digital restaurant vouchers are only available at selected hotels. As the feature is activated across all hotels, more information will be sent out. Until then, you can read more about how the benefit works and what to expect below.

 

THE VOUCHER IS SENT ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY

Your digital restaurant voucher will be sent as a QR code via email on the day of your arrival. The QR code is always sent when the official check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

If you don’t see your upcoming booking under “My Pages,” your stay is not connected to your membership. We recommend contacting our Central Reservation, Member Services, or the hotel in advance to connect your reservation to your membership, you can also always ask for assistance at check-in. Please note that if the reservation is connected to the membership on the day of arrival, it may take up to one hour before you receive the email with the QR code.

The benefit is valid only for the stay you are personally using.

 

HOW TO USE YOUR DIGITAL VOUCHER

To use your voucher, show the email with the QR code to staff when paying in the restaurant or bar. If you prefer to charge your bill to your room, the QR code must still be registered by staff during your visit to the restaurant. It cannot be used later, as an unused QR code expires daily at midnight.

Are you staying more than one night? Keep the email; your QR code will remain the same and be renewed daily for the duration of your stay.

 

TERMS AND VALIDITY

  • The voucher is valid once per day.

  • For one-night stays, it must be used on the day of arrival.

  • If no hotel restaurant or bar is open on-site, the voucher benefit will not apply.

  • Any unused voucher expires at midnight and cannot be replaced or compensated.

  • The voucher is valid as full or partial payment for food and beverages at the restaurant or bar designated by the hotel.

  • It is not valid for other expenses such as Vana Spa, room service charges, minibar, or kiosk purchases.
