Fake SMS and WhatsApp messages regarding bookings at Elite Hotels are currently circulating. Do not click on any links or share personal information. Read more here.

WARNING ABOUT FRAUD MESSAGES

We are currently aware of fraudulent text messages, WhatsApp messages, and emails falsely claiming to be from Elite Hotels. These messages may relate to bookings, offers, or payments and are designed to appear legitimate. We encourage all guests to remain extra vigilant. Elite Hotels will never ask you to share passwords, banking details, security codes, or other sensitive information via text message or email.

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF

  • Be cautious before clicking on links in messages claiming to be from us.
  • Never share personal information, security codes, or payment details with anyone contacting you unexpectedly.
  • Always verify the sender’s email address carefully. Fraudulent messages often use addresses that resemble, but are not identical to, our official domains.
  • Never approve a BankID verification or signature request that you did not initiate yourself.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE?

Please contact us directly through our official website or call the reception at the hotel where you have a reservation. You are also welcome to forward suspicious text messages to 7726, a shared reporting number used by all Swedish telecom operators.
