The beautiful building of Elite Hotel Mimer has been preserved and renovated to continue its journey and has transformed into an exciting 4-star hotel in true Elite spirit. This former school was completed at the beginning of the 20th century and is built entirely of stone and bricks, a robust material to make it stronger and better than the previous educational institution that was destroyed in the great city fire in Umeå in 1888.
Mimersalen is a magnificent venue from the early 20th century with beautiful high ceilings and large windows. The venue was once a gathering hall for the students at Mimerskolan and is perfect for extraordinary weddings.
