SAFETY AND COMFORT RULES FOR PALACE PLAYGROUND
A warm welcome to a playful experience at Palace Playground! To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the following safety and comfort rules.
1. The playground is accessible for children aged 4-12.
2. Upon arrival at the Playground, parents are responsible for checking in their child by presenting identification and providing contact information below.
3. At check-in, the child will receive a wristband where the parent is responsible for filling in their phone number.
4. Upon arrival, the child must wash their hands or use sanitizer.
5. A visit is based on the booked time. The visit time starts from when the child arrives at the Playground, even if the parent chooses to be present during potential acclimation.
6. We accommodate a maximum of 10 children per staff member or according to evacuation rules.
7. For the consideration of other guests and the safety of the child, the child is only allowed to stay within the Playground.
8. Acclimation may be necessary for some children, so parents should plan time for this.
9. No parents are allowed inside the Playground except during the acclimation period.
10. The same parent must drop off and pick up the child. Exceptions can be made if the staff is informed, and there is information about the name and phone number of the person picking up the child. This information must be provided at check-in. Staff has the right to request identification from the person picking up the child.
11. A parent must remain at the Elite Palace Hotel while the child is at the Playground. The parent must be reachable immediately if the child needs them.
12. The parent of any child left at the Playground is strictly liable for any damages caused by the children while they are at the Playground. The parent leaving the child at the Playground is aware that Elite Palace Hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by or to the children.
13. Only children without contagious illnesses are allowed at the Playground. If the child has had a contagious illness, they must be symptom-free for at least two days before being allowed to visit.
14. For the child’s safety and due to potential allergies, no food or drink is allowed in the Playground, with the exception of water.
15. For the child’s safety, personal toys are not allowed. Exceptions include comfort blankets and stuffed animals that provide reassurance for the child. Elite Palace Hotel is not responsible for items brought to the Playground by children.
16. Mobile phones or tablets are not allowed in the Playground.
17. When visiting the Playground, necklaces or clothing with strings should be avoided. Socks must be kept on.
18. The child may come into contact with scented perfume or lotion.
19. Children's movies and gaming consoles with activity games are available in the Playground.
20. In the event of an evacuation, the child will be provided with a pink safety vest and will be escorted by staff to the assembly point on Sankt Eriksgatan, opposite the hotel’s main entrance, where the parent can meet them.
21. The Playground staff is trained in CPR.
22. If the child requires medication during their visit, the parent is responsible for administering it. No medications will be given by the Playground staff.
