After nearly 20 years of waiting, the iconic restaurant and entertainment venue Bryggan is reopening in the historic Elite Stadshotellet. At Bryggan, we serve breakfast and lunch to our meeting guests and create space for all kinds of meetings and events. Here, everyday life and celebrations come together - from the first coffee of the morning to enjoyable lunches and festive gatherings.
Bryggan is back – An old legend with new energy
Bryggan, history, pulse, and the present meet in bright, modern spaces with room for up to 700 guests. During the day, The Pier is a natural gathering place for breakfast, lunch, meetings, and conferences – when evening falls, the house transforms into a vibrant entertainment palace with concerts, dinner shows, stand-up comedy, and dancing late into the night.
In the restaurant, you can enjoy good food and a great atmosphere, on the terrace summer evenings continue, and in the Crystal Hall the tempo rises when the music takes over. With a clear focus on entertainment and themed evenings, a lively stage is created that attracts both old Pier visitors and new favorites.
