Beliggenhed var super. Morgenmad var super god, og det var rigtigt fint at der var mulighed for at tilkøbe parkering
Tycker det är ett trevligt ställe mitt i stan. Några saker -När jag bokade rummet blev jag kopplad direkt till receptionen. Kvinnan som svarade reserverade rummet, och vi accepterade. Men hon sade att det inte var säkert att vi skulle få det då ”man inte vet vad som kan hända”. Jag frågade upprepade gånger vad hon menade. Hon svarade att ”vad som helst kan hända”. Jag vill absolut inte ha sådant svar och det kändes väldigt obehagligt. Jag tycker ni får hålla efter er persons att inte tilltala era gäster på det sättet. Min fru och jag är återkommande gäster hos er och har bott på Elite många gånger. Vi vill inte behöva känna oro att vad som helst kan inträffa. -Jag vill så gärna ha en tekanna till frukosten. Det är verkligen svårt, på grund av språkproblem, att få er frukostpersonal att ta fram en liten tekanna eller liten termos med hett vatten. Så där har en sak att förbättra! TV känns lite gammal, man kan inte koppla in negligerar t. Ex, vilket kan vara trevligt. -Vi reagerade på det höga rumspriset. Vad är orsaken?

Centrumläget Fixa rum 408: 1)Laga handukshängare i badrummet. Den var loss och ramlade i golvet. 2) Eluttag vid varje sängbord. Nu saknades det helt vid ena sängen. 3) Heltäckningsmattan hade flera röda fläckar , snuskigt.

Rymligt rum, fräscht och fint samt rymligt badrum. Sköna sängar och riktigt bra frukost med lagom många alterntiv och trevlig miljö att äta i, samt generösa öppettider för frukostbuffén.

The location of the hotel was ideal. We were able to easily walk around the city and see the sites. The air conditioning did not work at all making it uncomfortable to sleep. So either having fans available, more windows to open, or better air conditioning.

The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the central station. Cross the bridge, turn right and continue along Norra Vallgatan, then left at Engelbrektsgatan. Another 400 meters and you will see the hotel at Stora Nygatan.
By car from E22
Follow signs to the centre, turn right at Hornsgatan and after about 200 metres, continue along Drottninggatan. Drive 1.5 km and turn right at Amiralsgatan. Another 200 metres, turn left to Stora Nygatan and drive 400 metres to the hotel on the right side of Gustav Adolfs torg.
