Elite Grand Hotel is a beautiful four-star hotel with 124 rooms, including two magnificent suites. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar overlooking the river Gavleån, and conference rooms accommodating up to 130 people. The hotel is located in the central parts of Gävle with a convenient distance to the central station. Our newly renovated gym and relaxation are at your disposal during your stay.
The hotel is located in the building that formerly housed the historic Grand Hotel, built in 1901. After 70 years in other lines of work, the property has now returned to its roots as a hotel. This venerable old property has now been restored to its original splendour, preserving historic details in classic Elite style. We wish you a warm welcome!

Byggnaden, rummen, atmosfären, "välkommen-känslan", all personal, servicen, maten samt den härliga totala avsaknaden av modern arkitektur i stål, glas och betong! Ingen aning!

Fint hotell som var fräsht! Bättre information kopplat till parkering, konstigt att det inte gick att förboka i appen. Dessutom var laddstolparna för elbil bara 3,5 kw vilket är lika med att inte ha det
Att bo i 150 kvm sviten. Skotta balkongen fri från snö då man gärna sitter där ute på förmiddagen när det är sol även om det är lite kallt.

Follow the signs to Gävle, and when you get closer to the city, the signs to the city centre. Follow Västra Vägen, turn left at Staketgatan, then right at Norra Kopparslagargatan and left at Kyrkogatan. Elite Grand Hotel is located at Kyrkogatan 28.
By train & bus
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Gävle Central Station where the buses stop too. From here, walk to the city centre, choose the street closes to the river (Gävleån) and look for the yellow and beautiful building that is Elite Grand Hotel. Bus nr 1 stops opposite the hotel.
