This year, the Christmas buffet at Elite Stadshotellet in Västerås receives a new, sparkling presentation. Two of Sweden’s most renowned chefs, Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling, have created a Christmas menu that unites tradition with innovation in a way only they can.

Here, the familiar meets the unexpected – from classic pickled herring with a modern twist to dishes where the finest local ingredients take centre stage. The buffet is both generous and complete, featuring Christmas favourites combined with new flavours and creative influences. Naturally, the experience is rounded off with a bountiful dessert table filled with delicious puddings and traditional Christmas sweets.
