This year, the Christmas buffet at Elite Palace Hotel receives a new, sparkling presentation. Two of Sweden’s most renowned chefs, Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling, have joined forces to create a unique dining experience that combines tradition with innovation in a way only they can.
Together, they have crafted a Christmas menu that celebrates craftsmanship and highlights the meeting of the familiar and the surprising – capturing that special feeling of gathering around the table during the most festive time of the year. Guests can enjoy everything from classic pickled herring with a modern twist to dishes where the finest local ingredients take centre stage.
The buffet is served in the hotel’s elegant and atmospheric surroundings, perfect for a festive evening with family, friends, or colleagues. Let the aromas, beautiful decorations, and welcoming atmosphere create memorable Christmas moments.
The Christmas buffet is served from 25 November to 20 December in our cosy restaurant, where the focus is entirely on the festive season.
The evening begins with a mulled wine mingle in our inviting lobby bar, followed by a classic Swedish Christmas buffet in the restaurant.
