After last year’s well-received premiere, we are happy to once again present our unique Christmas buffet – for the second year in a row, created by two of Sweden’s most prominent chefs, Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling.

The Christmas buffet offers a generous selection of both classics and innovative dishes. Enjoy herring and salmon in several variations, along with favorites such as cocktail sausages, meatballs, and Janssons frestelse, as well as omelets, spareribs, and other traditional elements. Everything is complemented by new flavor experiences with seasonal and local ingredients in focus. The meal ends with a generous dessert table filled with delicate desserts and classic Christmas sweets – a perfect finish to a memorable Christmas experience.
