At our cozy restaurant Mandel, we offer a journey of flavors through local delicacies and northern Swedish tastes. With the best of Christmas and a sustainable Christmas buffet in an atmospheric setting, we serve classic dishes with a modern twist, created from local, sustainable ingredients from the nearby area. The Christmas buffet is served in five or nine courses directly at your table – a delightful culinary journey to celebrate Christmas.
For those who wish, a good night's sleep awaits in comfortable beds in one of our beautiful rooms, waking up refreshed to a new morning with panoramic views of Skellefteå's beautiful winter landscape. Of course, our generous breakfast buffet, inspired by the area's best ingredients, is included.
