A FESTIVE CHRISTMAS BUFFET BY Tareq Taylor & Carina Brydling
Here, familiar Christmas flavours meet modern influences, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients — from classic pickled herring with a contemporary twist to beautifully crafted dishes offering unexpected flavour combinations.
The Christmas buffet is served in our atmospheric restaurant Swea Wine & Dine, Monday to Saturday from 26 November to 19 December. Before dinner, you’ll be welcomed with mulled wine and gingerbread in our beautifully decorated festive setting.
For parties seeking a more private experience, our charming Chambre Séparée, Vinarkivet, is available to book (minimum 25 guests).
