This year, the Christmas buffet receives a new, sparkling presentation as two of Sweden’s most renowned chefs, Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling, join forces to create a unique experience that blends tradition with innovation in a way only they can.

Together, they have crafted a Christmas menu that celebrates craftsmanship and brings together the familiar and the surprising – capturing that special feeling of gathering around the table during the most festive time of the year. Guests can enjoy everything from classic pickled herring with a modern twist to dishes where the finest local ingredients take centre stage.

The Christmas buffet is served from 28 November to 19 December, offering a unique combination of traditional festive favourites and innovative culinary experiences in an elegant and inviting setting.
