This year, our Christmas buffet has been curated by Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling – two of Sweden’s most renowned chefs, who have come together to create an experience where tradition meets innovation. With great respect for the classic Swedish Christmas table and a passion for the finest seasonal ingredients, they invite you on a culinary journey where every dish reflects craftsmanship, creativity and warmth.

Much like Swedish Christmas traditions themselves, our Christmas buffet is a vibrant gathering place where togetherness, culinary craftsmanship and a love of exceptional ingredients take centre stage. Here, familiar flavours meet unexpected twists in a thoughtfully composed experience that makes this year’s Christmas celebrations truly special.

Our Christmas buffet is served Monday to Saturday from 25 November to 19 December.

Take your seat in our beautifully decorated dining room and discover a generous buffet where tradition and innovation meet in every detail.

The cold buffet features beloved Christmas classics – pickled herring, cheeses and cured meats – alongside flavourful creations that allow carefully selected ingredients to shine in their own right.

The hot buffet offers thoughtfully prepared dishes where familiar favourites are complemented by surprising flavours, inspired by both Swedish traditions and contemporary influences. The result is a harmonious balance between nostalgia and renewal – much like Christmas itself.

The evening concludes with an indulgent dessert buffet, where sweet classics meet new favourites – a celebration of Christmas flavours in both traditional and modern interpretations.
