Elite Hotel Savoy, opposite Malmö C, is one of the oldest and most special hotels in Sweden. Once a tavern, dating back to the 14th century, it’s hard to imagine the number of people that have been accommodated in this spot and enjoyed food, beverage, and special occasions.

The restaurant Savoy Grill is located in the classic dining room and serves the hotel’s delicious breakfast buffet. Savoy Grill is also a popular meeting place in Malmö for lunch, dinner or and work. The setting is great for a romantic dinner as well as a special occasion with a larger group of people. The Bishops Arms, our gastropub with a genuine British atmosphere, offers a classic pub menu and a wide range of beer and whiskey.
Elite Hotel Savoy offers 115 individually furnished guestrooms, gym and sauna, and a beautiful conference venue for up to 120 people.

The hotel, built in 1862 is one of our country’s oldest and most prestigious hotels. In the year 1902, the hotel was named after the elegant Hotel Savoy in London.
Since 1983, Elite Hotel Savoy is owned by Bicky Chackraborty, the owner and founder of Elite Hotels of Sweden.
Check-in is guaranteed from 3 pm.
Check-out is until 12* noon.
If you arrive early we can store your luggage in our luggage room until your room is ready. We can also store your luggage after you have checked out.

Our generous breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant, seven days a week. Enjoy the lovely atmosphere and a great hotel breakfast.

If you would like to enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet, but is not a guest at the hotel, the price is 145 SEK per person and subject to availability. (Children 0-5 years old: Free, 6-12 years old: 75 SEK).

How to connect to wireless network
Wireless Internet (Elite Wi-Fi) is available throughout the hotel. A guest computer with Internet access is available in the lobby.
Laundry service is available 5 days a week during weekdays. Guest laundry left at the front desk before 9 a.m. will be ready for collection approximately 5 p.m. the same day.

When you stay at Elite Hotel Savoy, we recommend a visit to the hotel’s relaxation area. There is a small gym equipped with free weights and a cross trainer. Enjoy a good workout or just relax in the sauna after a day filled with meetings, activities or busy shopping. You deserve it!
The relaxation area is open daily between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

We have a limited number of rooms where pets are allowed. Please contact the hotel before you make your booking as we only allow pets if they are pre-registered, and we have confirmed that a room is available.

Other: When I arrived, the room was too cold. I switched on the additional electric heater provided, but this seems to have sometimes overloaded the electrical system resulting in 'a fuse blowing'.

To improve: Det har säkert varit en pärla, men det var nog ganska länge sedan. Nu känns det som en sliten byggnad (renovering pågår dock) med ganska synliga rum. Vi bodde i svit, där ytorna/utrymmet absolut inte var dåligt. Däremot så var det inget "extra" piff, utan spruckna tapeter, fläckig (brun, ganska ful faktiskt) soffa, gulsolkiga lampskärmar, trista dammiga gardiner, ett avlopp i badrummet som borde rensas. Vistelsen var acceptabel, men jag hade förväntat mig mer av den där wowfaktorn, som tyvärr uteblev helt. Personalen var dock ytterst servicesinnade (gäller alla!) och gjorde det bästa de kunde med den här befarade skönheten som borde renoverats för länge sedan. Eller...kanske underhållet borde skötts bättre under tiden?

To improve: Bra läge. Annars kändes det som att bo på en byggarbetsplats, strömmen gick av och till under 3 timmar. Vi fick inga klara besked. Rummet är verkligen i behov av renovering. Frukosten var toppen. Personalen var dock mer intresserade av att prata med varandra. Vi åt på Bishop Arms vid Gustav Adolfs torg. Maten var sådär och likaså servicen. Kan ha varit pga att det var Nyårsafton.
