All you need to know about the digital restaurant voucher upon arrival

CURRENTLY, THIS IS ONLY IMPLEMENTED AT CERTAIN HOTELS AND MORE INFORMATION WILL BE SENT OUT AHEAD OF THE ACTIVATION AT ALL HOTELS. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE VOUCHER ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL

You will receive your benefit as a QR code sent via email on the day of arrival for your booking. The QR code is activated when you check in to the hotel.

Don't see your upcoming booking on my pages? Then your stay is probably not linked to your membership. Contact either central reservations, member services, or the hotel directly before your stay to link your booking to your membership, or ask for assistance at check-in to avail yourself of your reward. If this occurs on the day of arrival, it may take up to an hour before you receive the email with the QR code.

The benefit only applies to one stay, the booking you use yourself.

 

USE YOUR DIGITAL VOUCHER

To use your digital voucher, simply present the email with the QR code to the staff before payment. If you wish to charge your bill to your room, the voucher must also be registered by the staff during your visit, as it cannot be used for a bill at a later time since an unused QR code expires at midnight each day.

Staying for more than one night? Remember to save the email as the restaurant check renews and is valid throughout your entire stay.

 

TERMS AND VALIDITY

The check is valid once daily, and the voucher must be used on the day of arrival for a one-night stay. The restaurant voucher will only be valid if there is an open restaurant or pub the hotel can refer to. An unused voucher before midnight expires and cannot be replaced or compensated.

The restaurant check is valid as full or partial payment for food and drinks in the bar or restaurant that the hotel refers to. The check is not valid for other costs at the hotel, such as Vana Spa, room service fees, minibar or kiosks.
