CHRISTMAS BUFFET BY TAREQ TAYLOR & CARINA BRYDLING
Together, Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling have crafted a menu that celebrates true craftsmanship, bringing guests a harmonious balance between the familiar and the unexpected. From classic pickled herring with a modern twist to dishes showcasing the very best locally sourced ingredients – every flavour tells a story.
At Restaurant at Mollberg, the Christmas buffet is served in a warm and atmospheric setting that makes every visit something special. It’s a place where memories are made – whether you are celebrating with family, friends, or colleagues.
The Christmas buffet is served Thursday–Saturday from 21 November to 20 December 2025.
