Three-course dinner

A dinner show would not be complete without an exceptional meal. Your ticket includes a delightful dinner served throughout the evening. We are, of course, happy to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies. A carefully selected wine pairing is available to purchase, as well as dessert.

The menu

Starter
A variation of pumpkin served with goat’s cheese cream, roasted hazelnuts, shaved pear and browned butter.

Main course
Roasted beef fillet served with a Västerbotten cheese potato cake, slow-cooked mushrooms, celeriac purée and reduced veal jus. Alternatively, gnocchi with slow-cooked mushrooms, kale pesto, Västerbotten cheese, celeriac purée and cress salad.

Dessert (optional, SEK 100)
Baked autumn apple with brown butter crumble, cardamom and lemon butter cream.
