In the heart of Halmstad, we create a vibrant festive tradition where aromas, flavours and atmosphere come together in a setting that invites both celebration and togetherness. Through a deepened collaboration between Tareq Taylor and Carina Brydling, this year’s buffet brings new life to classic dishes, with every detail carefully considered to create an experience beyond the ordinary.

At our Christmas buffet, you’ll find an abundance of traditional delicacies to delight the palate — from classic pickled herrings and cured salmon to succulent meatballs and tender Christmas ham. We offer everything you could wish for, and more. Our chefs put great care and passion into every dish, with flavours carefully balanced to create a harmonious symphony of festive tastes.

EVENING CHRISTMAS BUFFET – SEK 755
Our Christmas buffet is served from 6.00 pm, beginning with warming mulled wine. On Fridays and Saturdays, you can also enjoy live music with a festive atmosphere.
The buffet is available as follows:
Cold buffet: 6.00 pm–9.30 pm
Hot buffet: 6.00 pm–10.00 pm
Dessert buffet: 6.00 pm–10.00 pm
CHRISTMAS LUNCH BUFFET – SEK 455
Our Christmas lunch buffet is served on selected dates from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm. Available to book for groups of at least 30 guests.
CHRISTMAS PLATE – SEK 395
For those looking to enjoy a festive lunch together, we also offer a traditional Christmas plate. Available for groups of at least 8 guests.
