The Wood Market in Karlstad 2026 will take place on 18–19 November at the Elite Stadshotellet in Karlstad. These days offer a valuable platform for meetings between producers and customers, with Swedish Wood as the main organiser. Over the course of the event, there will be, among other things, an exhibition, seminars, a dinner, and the traditional appointment of a Knight of the Wood Market Order.
You are warmly invited to be part of the Wood Market – increase your visibility and secure new business opportunities by joining us as an exhibitor. Stand areas are located on the hotel’s public ground-floor spaces, in the passageway running from the lobby and entrances to the restaurant areas where visitors naturally circulate. Space is limited and we will provide a poseur table and electricity if desired. Set-up takes place on Wednesday 18 November from 09:00, with visitors starting to arrive shortly before lunchtime. Break-down is on Thursday 19 November from 18:00.
