Temporary membership changes

During the current situation concerning COVID-19, we will implement some temporary membership changes starting April 1, 2020.

Temporary changes

  • Complimentary welcome gift for Gold and Platinum members are removed
  • Water on arrival for members at level Silver and water every day for level Gold and Platinum are removed
  • Snooze applies every day of the week through January 31, 2021. This means that Snooze and late check-out are merged
  • Restaurants and pubs may be close temporarily, which means restaurant vouchers cannot be used. If other restaurants and pubs are found at the location, you can visit them and use the vouchers there. Ask the reception for directions to the nearest restaurant or pub


  • All members of Elite Hotels Rewards will keep their level for an additional 12 months. You can still get a higher level during the current membership year but you will not be downgraded at the annual downgrade and renewal process that takes place at the end of the year 2020/2021
  • All members get double points between December 1, 2020, and January 31, 2021. The extra bonus points are earned for qualified hotel stays and for purchase of items or services assigned to your room in connection with an overnight stay

  • Waiting list priority (applies to Silver, Gold and Platinum levels)
  • Upgrade on arrival (applies to Gold and Platinum, 1 room category)
  • Guaranteed room (applies to Gold and Platinum)
  • Laundry of one shirt/blouse (applies to Platinum)
  • VIP phone number (Platinum applies)
  • More Bonus Night available (applies to Platinum)
  • No fee for pets (applies to Platinum)
  • No fee for extra beds for children (applies to Platinum)
  • Fitness centre access (applies to Platinum)
  • Hotel gym access when you're not staying (applies to Platinum)
