Personalen med Christine i spetsen. Sen att frukosten har blivit bättre ( äntligen mjukt bröd ljus) När man kommer på kvällen så har man som oftast redan ätit och då skulle det vara fint att få spara woucher till nästa dag . Där är ni riktigt dåliga tycker jag .

Hotellet ligger centralt och har atmosfär. Jag förstår inte tanken med att ha samtliga mjölkprodukter laktosfria. Jo, jag förstår att det blir enklare för er, men det blir inte bättre för mig som gäst. Det är trots allt en minoritet som är laktosintolerant, Jag är det inte. Och smaken på min morgonfil blir definitivt inte densamma. En liten skylt erbjöd havregrynsgröt. "Bara säg till peronalen", Vilket jag gjorde. Havregrynsgröt tillhör inte det mest svårlagade. En femåring klarar det. Trots det serverades jag en halvkokt klump gröt med där man missat saltet. Det blev ingen bra start på dagen, tyvärr.

This was our first stay at Elite Hotel Mimer, but it won’t be our last. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Me and my son was welcome to check in earlier than the guaranteed time, and was made to feel like valued guests. The room was comfortable and quiet. We were wholly satisfied with our stay and can’t think of anything the hotel needs to improve upon. 😊

Proffsig hjälpsam personal ❤️ både i receptionen vid in och utcheck som hjälpte oss byta rum då jag är extremt ljudkänslig efter sjukdom. Underbar miljö och fantastiskt rum (422) Vill alltid bo hos er och i rum 422!!! Kan inte komma på något alls att förbättra! Så nöjd och då är jag ändå hotellnörd med 100 års erfarenhet från branschen och konkurrerande kedja ;)

Huoneen sai heti kun tulimme laivalla uumajaan eli noin klo 13.henkilökunta hyvin iloista ja avuliasta. Huone siisti ja hyvällä tyylillä sisustettu. Aamupala loistava. Ei mitään moitittavaa.
Hotellet är fint och smakfullt renoverat. Rikligt och varierat utbud på frukost buffén. Trevligt att all personal är vänliga, trevliga, glada och tillmötesgående. Städningen i spaavdelningen var under all kritik. Även hotellrummet var dammigt och ostädat. Särskilt på toaletten.
Quietness A little bit cooler in the room would have been nice
Nice atmosphere and rooms, good breakfast. Friendly staff. The sauna had not been cleaned, there was a very bad smell. I encountered some some silverfish (Swe. "silverfisk") in my bathroom.
Trevlig reception, fina rum, erbjud parkeringsplats när man checkade in, fick tillgång till rummet tidigare än inplanerad check-in för det vart tillgängligt och bra hotellfrukost :) Absolut ingenting, allt funkade som man önskar det ska fungera när man bor på hotell.

The room and bed are lovely! Perfect location! Breakfast! First of all I miss barista coffee and fried egg. And the chairs in the dining room are terrible!

Miljön, maten, läget Jag saknade laxen vid frukosten. Jag äter helst inte kött och det fanns mängder med köttpålägg. Osten kunde också vara smakrikare. Västerbottensost hade varit härligt.

Rummet var ok men dörren var så gles halva dörren under låset så man såg rakt ut i korridoren och allt ljud hördes ju pga det (rum 417)
Rummet var mycket bra. Snyggt, rymligt och det bästa var att duschvattnet höll sig i duschen och inte rann ut över hela badrummet. Trevlig och vänlig personal, både i receptionen och i frukostmatsalen. Bra och snabb hiss. Och sist men inte minst. Skohornet på rummet är en välsignelse. 👍 Kommunicera skriftligt på svenska. Göra launchen lite mer inbjudande.

Parkeringen var bra och nära. Priset på vistelsen var bra. Frukosten. Trots att vi ombads boka en tid för frukost, så var många frukostvaror slut när vi kom. Det fanns gott om personal men jag upplevde att de blev förvånade när jag påpekade om allt som var slut. Det fanns inga fräscha bord, samtliga lediga bord (ganska många) var grisiga med matrester och disk kvar. Sorry, men vi kände oss rejält besvikna.

As a guest of the Elite Hotel Mimer, you can book a personal trainer at a special price. We offer you an opportunity to keep going during your stay with us. Members of Elite Hotels Rewards receive a 20% discount on the regular price (SEK 850 / hour) and those who have not yet become members receive a 10% discount.

Check-in is guaranteed from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out takes place no later than 11.00 on the day of departure.
If you arrive early, we can store your luggage in our luggage room until your room is ready. We can also store your luggage after you have checked out.
Enjoy a comfortable stay with your pets at our hotel. We offer a limited amount of rooms for those who want to bring their furry friend along. Stay together with your pet in your room for an additional cost of 200 SEK/night. Take the time to experience the beautiful nature and enjoy long walks around the hotel area during your stay. Assistance dogs are welcome free of charge, please contact the hotel directly.

The hotel has no private parking, but next to the hotel there are a few public parking lots, which two are for disabled and one is a charging station for electric cars. The parking lots cannot be booked in advance, price 130 SEK / day. The front desk can not assist you during the summer. A cheaper nearby alternative is Navet which can be paid via Parkster or in the parking machine.
At Elite Hotel Mimer we want to promote health and therefore we offers all who likes to run and exercise default routes in the app Runkeeper. We have produced our favorite rounds as you can easily follow, three routes of varying length from 3.27 to 9,57 kilometers.

Laundry handed in at the front desk before 08:00 Monday–Friday will be returned the same day after 19:00. The laundry bag is located in the closet.

By air
Umeå Airport is about 6 minutes by taxi from the hotel. The airport transfer bus takes about 20 minutes and the bus stops outside the hotel.
By car from E4 from north
Drive towards the city centre, follow Västra Esplanaden and at the fourth and last traffic light (before the river) turn left to Storgatan. Continue along Storgatan, turn left before the church and drive a hundred metres to the hotel, located on the right side.
By car from E4 from south
Turn towards the city centre at the roundabout outside IKEA. Drive straight through the first roundabout and keep right for the exit towards Öst-Teg. Keep right when the road is parting and drive straight through the roundabout. Cross the bridge (Kyrkbron) and go left in the roundabout to Storgatan. Turn right to Västra Kyrkogatan and another 100 metres to the hotel.
By bus or train
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Umeå central station. Walk along Rådhusesplanaden towards the city centre. Turn left at Skolgatan and walk across the square with local buses. At the end of the square on your right side is Elite Hotel Mimer.
