“See you at the Park!” is something we Gothenburg natives – celebrities and regular folks alike – have been saying for over 50 years. The Park bar and the tables surrounding it have seen countless meetings, romances and business deals begin and end through the years over a nice glass of wine and a great dinner.
Continuing a direct line of descent beginning with Master Chef Allan Hult, via legendary chefs and their kitchen brigades, Ola Andersson now commands the kitchen at the Park. With virtually unrivalled skills and qualifications and with a true passion for classic cooking, Ola combines classic cuisine and modern Swedish fare in a fabulous fusion that celebrates a close relationship to the North Sea and a focus on traditional fresh ingredients that follow the cycles of nature.

Our wine cellar holds over 1000 wines with an emphasis on the regions of France. Several of the wines in our wine selection can also be ordered by the glass.
