We are located on the ground floor of Elite Park Avenue Hotel. Elite Wellness has brought together a selection of the world’s leading brands in health and fitness to meet your every need. At Elite Wellness we use products from Peter Thomas Roth. This brand has revolutionized the world with its medicinal healing qualities and take your skin care a step further. All exercise equipment comes from Techno Gym and we offer a range of Fustra products.

Hotel guests have free access to the gym and relaxation area. For your convenience, we ask that you please call +46 31-727 10 00 to reserve a spot in our relaxation area. This will ensure that you are able to enjoy the full benefits of your visit to the relaxation area and have a pleasant and rejuvenating experience.
Children under 16 are welcome in the relaxation area when accompanied by an adult Monday-Saturday until 3:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
