All of the original features of the building have been carefully preserved, from the venerable stucco ceilings to the English mosaic floors, and now blend harmoniously with elements of modern art and design. Love the vintage style of the hotel! The breakfast, rooms, amenities were all very pleasant too. Probably a room at the top floor instead of the ground floor would have been nice
The general treatment in reception was absolutely perfect and the breakfasts were a joy. Although this is not a complaint, the tourist info could have been more visible in the entrance hall/ recetion hall.

Nice and QUIET room, great wifi, friendly staff and awesome breakfast. Plus the hotel is nicely situated close to basically everything. The pillows were a bit floppy, and the room was occasionally a bit cold. But that's it.

Otroligt trevlig Personal både i reception, städ och på frukosten, man känner sig verkligen välkommen. Fina rum och mysig frukostrestaurang. Hotellet ligger i en trevlig del av Göteborg. Inget, möjligtvis sänka priset lite ;). Vi brukar bo på avenyn, på Park Avenue, och det är lite lägre pris på rummen där.

Miljön på hotellet Ni måste lösa frågan kring laddning av elbil som ni kan lösa för era gäster. Var väldigt nära att boka Hotel Avalon som har denna möjlighet. Hotell Post (och andra hotell i GBG) samarbetar med med Nordstans parkeringshus. Viktigt för mig att kunna sätta parkeringsavgiften på rummet vilket fungerar på både Post och Avalon. Vill helst inte behöva byta hotell. Har bott regelbundet hos er sedan 2004.

Amazing hotel - the service and the interior! We felt so welcomed! Anything we needed, you supplied us with and made us feel comfortable with our stay.
Fantastisk byggnad som varsamt byggts om till ett Elite-hotell med perfekt centralt läge. Vår vistelse blev inte sämre av en uppgradering från Superiör-rum till en magnifik Juniorsvit.
Frukosten Anvisat rum var väldigt kallt pga ett vädringsfönster inte gick att stänga. Påpekade detta och damen i receptionen försökte stänga det utan framgång. Fanns tydligen ingen annan på hotellet som kunde hjälpa henne. Hon anvisade oss ett annat rum som inte antagligen var förberett för gäster den dagen, bl,a, saknades 2 mineralflaskor som brukar ingå i de luxerummet. vi brukar regelbundet när vi reser i Svarige bo på Elite hotel bra standard och goda vilkor. Så var tyvärr inte denna vistelse, kallt på rummet och inget varmvatten på morgonen då vi skulle avresa tidigt. Information om detta hade inte nått oss. Man påstod att det hade stått utanför hissen men vi var tidiga på rummet så vi hade inte sett det då vi kom via Bishop Arms
Lovely room. Fantastic breakfast room I wrote a requets of a quiet room when booking on your site. I got woken up at 4 am something by the collection of empty bottles, and then it keept going delivery trucks most of these early morning. When I checken out I oointed out rhat I hade been disturbed, receptionist told me that I should have written a request for a silent room, I told het that I had. Then she responed that I should haft defined quiet, since it could mean far from elevators... Really? Have the meaning quiet room another meaning at your hotel? Since the hotel is located near our office in Gothenborg, I will return, for a second try. Hoppfully writing a quiet room not with windows to Drottninggatan will do the trick. But I am still gobsmacked thinking about her anser. Just sau, sorry you didn't sleep well, and we must hsve missade your request. Nota bene the hotell was not fullt booked.

Warm welcome, interesting building. Reception team always very helpful. Would be good to offer a car park with EV charging. I don’t think the hotel was full at all. We were put in room 407, which had various issues. We were right next to the lifts, why in a half full hotel? The air on ran all night. We could not switch off, even when we removed the room door card from the slot by front door. Air on pulsed for about a minute every 5 minutes, very hard to sleep. When air on wasn’t disturbing us the lift was. Carpet near door stained. Room had very poor outlook. No sink plus, why? Bedside table wobbly, broken. All in all a rubbish room. We arrived late, went to restaurant and didn’t really find out how rubbish the room was until after dinner. Limited choice of vegan food in restaurant. We won’t stay with you again, next time we visit Gothenburg.

Rummet var så fint och skönt, luftigt, kändes välstädat, mjuk matta, skön säng, smart skrivbord med stor spegel att fälla upp! Nöjd med mitt val av superior-rum. Nära gymmet dessutom. Jag saknade som ofta på hotell lugnande örtte/kvällste på rummet och mer belysning under frukosten. Vad är det för konstig trend att man varken ska se vad man äter eller läser när man äter frukost på hotell numera? Vakna ska man tydligen inte heller!

Göteborg Landvetter Airport. Buses from the airport stop at Kungsportsplatsen and from there a 5-minute walk to Elite Plaza Hotel at Kungsgatan.
By car north E6/E20
Drive Götaleden to Fredrikshamn and Centrum Syd. About 200 meters after GöteborgsOperan, turn left directly after Hotell Göteborg and left again so that you go round the house. Stay in the right lane and turn first right to Lilla Torget. Continue straight forward and take the first street to the right (Fiskekrogen will be on your right), first left and then first right. You are now at Västra Hamngatan and the hotel is the second building on the right side.
By car south E6, E20, E40
Exit Ullevimotet, drive pass Ullevi and follow the signs towards Centrum Syd and Sahlgrenska sjukhuset. Stay in the right lane through Allén. Turn right to Domkyrkan and you are now at Västra Hamngatan. The hotel is the second building on the left side.
