The Elite Hotels Guest program is our way of showing our appreciation and rewarding you for choosing Elite Hotels. We want you as a regular guest to know that we value your loyalty.
You earn valuable points for your overnight stay at Elite Hotels, regardless of your room rate. You also earn points for food and beverage purchased in our restaurants and your minibar purchases in conjunction with your stay. Another advantage is that you are eligible for points from our selected partners. The Guest program is free of charge and allows you to earn points starting from your first stay.
The more you stay at Elite Hotels, the more advantages you will be able to enjoy. We will automatically upgrade your membership to a higher level depending on how often you stay with us. You will also receive special offers.
Most membership cards have the expiration date at the end of December. Large volumes of membership cards are waiting to be produced so it may take some time before you receive your new membership card. The level of your card is based on the number of level nights of your stays at Elite Hotels during 2012. You can still book hotel stays and earn your points on your membership even if your card has expired.
We know that the restaurant vouchers are among the most appreciated benefits. That’s why we give you the possibility of accumulating vouchers during one an the same stay.

Your membership level is based on how often you stay at Elite Hotels during a calendar year.
Our renewed Guest Program was launched on 1 April 2012. Your membership level will be based on our new tier levels: 0-9 nights for the white tier, 10-24 nights for the silver tier, 25-54 nights for the black tier, and 55 nights or more for the elite tier.
Upgrades will be granted according to the new tier levels, based on your number of overnight stays during a calender year. You will always be granted immediate access to your new benefits after you have reached a higher membership level in our Guest Program. We do the upgrades once a week.
